Moneta Money Bank vyplatí akcionářům mimořádnou dividendu. Rozhodla o tom valná hromada. Banka tak za mimořádnou dividendu ve výši 3 Kč na akcii vyplatí celkem 1,53 mld. Kč. Částka půjde z nerozděleného zisku minulých let.

Právo na dividendu vznikne akcionářům, kteří budou zapsáni jako akcionáři banky v Centrálním depozitáři cenných papírů k 25. listopadu 2024. Dividenda pak bude vyplacena bezhotovostně 17. prosince 2024.

Akcionáři na valné hromadě opětovně zvolili do dozorčí rady Clare Ronalda Clarka a Denise Arthura Halla, kterým letos začátkem září uplynulo předchozí funkční období. Třetí volné místo zde obsadí Zuzana Prokopcová, stávající předsedkyně výboru pro audit. Novou členkou výboru pro audit se pak stane Kateřina Jirásková (stávající členka dozorčí rady). Spolu s ní byl do výboru pro audit potvrzen na další období také Denis Arthur Hall, který zde zahájí svůj třetí mandát. 

Připomeňme, že Moneta Money Bank od 15. listopadu také snížila úrokové sazby u většiny spořicích účtů a. Výjimkou je Spořicí účet Spoření Junior, kde zůstává sazba 3,50 % ročně pro částky do 100 000 Kč, nad tuto hranici se prostředky neúročí. Termínované vklady zůstávají beze změny, maximální zhodnocení nabízí vklad nad tři měsíce se sazbou 3,50 % ročně.
