Transformace bank pomocí AI

AI není cílem, ale prostředkem ke změně fungování bank. Jan Hejtmánek a Tervel Šopov z Deloitte ukážou, jak by tomu finanční domy měly přizpůsobit své procesy, právní a kybernetické týmy, a hlavně data.

Konečná hodnota a výhody využití AI v bankovnictví totiž budou záviset na přizpůsobení produktů klientům na základě poznatků získaných z dat. Nebudou chybět ani praktické ukázky využití AI, které realizují banky po celém světě.

Globální oteplování optikou dat

Karel Kotoun ze společnosti Green0meter ve své přednášce vysvětlí, jak umělá inteligence dokáže posílit schopnost finančních institucí analyzovat a interpretovat data týkající se emisí CO₂ a ESG faktorů (environmentální, sociální a správní faktory).

Finanční instituce tak díky tomu mohou následně doporučovat klientům konkrétní kroky směrem k udržitelnějšímu podnikání, které může být financováno výhodněji.

Bankovní identita: „rok třetí“

V roce 2023 byla bankovní identita (Bank iD) zdaleka nejrozšířenějším prostředkem elektronické identifikace k digitálním službám státu a soukromých firem.

Jak konkrétně Bank iD firmám pomáhá a co nás čeká s novými projekty českých eDokladů Ivana Bartoše a evropské digitální peněženky (EUDI Wallet)? Na tyto a další otázky odpoví Marek Růžička, který působí ve společnosti Bankovní identita.
