Český bankovní regulátor oznámil, že Sberbank CZ není schopna dostát svým závazkům. Automaticky teď nastupuje proces výplaty náhrad vkladů přes pojištění vkladů.

Proces výplaty náhrad vkladů klientům české Sberbank byl právě zahájen. Garanční systém finančního trhu (GSFT) totiž oficiálně obdržel dne 28. 2. 2022 Oznámení České národní banky o neschopnosti Sberbank CZ, a.s. dostát závazkům vůči oprávněným osobám za zákonných a smluvních podmínek.

Očekávaná výše výplaty náhrad činí přibližně 28,5 mld. Kč, ve fondu pojištění je cca 35 mld. Kč.

Co se bude dít

Garanční systém nejpozději do 8. března 2022 stanoví den zahájení, místo a způsob vyplácení všech náhrad.

Před zahájením výplaty zašle všem osobám oprávněným k vyplacení náhrady informační dopis obsahující kromě informací o způsobu výplaty náhrady též informaci o výši náhrady náležející příslušné oprávněné osobě.

Termíny výplaty náhrad

GSFT výplatu základních náhrad vkladů musí zahájit nejpozději od:

  • 9. 3. 2022 – výplata základních náhrad vkladů (do 7 pracovních dní od rozhodného dne),
  • 21. 3. 2022 – výplata institucionálních náhrad (do 15 pracovních dní od rozhodného dne),
  • 28. 6. 2022 – výplata zvýšených náhrad (do 4 měsíců od rozhodného dne).

Kolik dostanete

Maximální výše náhrad v Kč na jednoho vkladatele je 2 499 500 Kč.

To je ekvivalent částky 100 000 EUR dle kurzu EUR vyhlášeného ČNB ke dni 28. 2. 2022.

Vyplácet bude Komerční banka

Klienti Sberbank budou vypláceni prostřednictvím vybraných poboček Komerční banky, s níž má GSFT uzavřenou smlouvu na zajištění výplaty náhrad pohledávek z vkladů.

Konkrétní seznam poboček, ve kterých bude výplata náhrady vkladů probíhat, bude uveden před zahájením výplaty. Výplaty náhrad budou probíhat po dobu 3 let od zahájení výplaty příslušného typu náhrad (základních institucionálních nebo zvýšených).

Výplaty náhrad jsou bez formulářů

Při výplatě základních náhrad nemusíte vyplňovat žádný formulář. Stačí, když se na pobočce Komerční banky prokážete platným průkazem totožnosti, v případě fyzických osob – podnikatelů pak ještě dokladem o oprávnění k podnikání.

Pro výplatu náhrady vkladů právnických osob je potřeba se prokázat originálem, úředně ověřenou kopií nebo elektronicky podepsaným platným výpisem z Obchodního/jiného veřejného rejstříku ne starším než 3 měsíce a průkazem totožnosti osoby, která je zástupcem právnické osoby.

Bezhotovostní výplata náhrady může být realizována i korespondenčně, a to zasláním písemné instrukce (vyplněného formuláře „Žádost o převod plnění“) s úředně ověřeným podpisem poštou na adresu:

Nejsou ztracené, pokud je Sberbank (někde) má. Ty poté půjdou klasicky do insolvenčního řízení. Bude-li z čeho pohledávky věřitelů uspokojit, dostanete je. Banka neměla problémy s hospodařením, naděje tu je. Jinou otázkou je, zda se výplaty jakýchkoliv peněz dožijete/dožijeme, s ohledem na okolní vývoj ;-) (Ironie.)
