Sberbank: Nově denně můžete vybrat/platit 1000 Kč přes platební kartu

Internetové bankovnictví zůstává vypnuté, ale dočasně budovu fungovat platební karty s omezeným limitem.

Platební karty Sberbank dočasně budou fungovat, ale s pevně nastaveným limitem 1000 Kč denně. Ten platí souhrnně pro platby i pro výběry hotovosti z bankomatů. To je výrazně méně než u ostatních evropských poboček Sberbank, kde v rámci vyhlášeného moratoria mají klienti přístup denně k hotovosti do 100 € (cca 2519 Kč).

V době publikace článku karty ještě funkční nebyly, očekává se spuštění každou hodinou. Tento limit může pomoci soukromým osobám, např. pro nákup základních životních potřeb, ale pro firemní a institucionální klienty je nedostatečný.

Aktualizováno 1. 3. 2022 ve 20:30 hod. Platební karty Sberbank i přes proklamaci banky stále nefungují. V bankomatu sice zobrazí zůstatek účtu, ale nelze je použít ani pro výběry hotovosti, ani pro platby u obchodníků. To jsme si sami vyzkoušeli na platební kartě klienta Sberbank.

Termín výplaty náhrad z vkladů z fondu pojištění už je stanoven na 9. 3. 2022.

Oficiální sdělení Sberbank

Česká národní banka zahájila se Sberbank CZ správní řízení a uložila předběžná opatření, která bude Sberbank CZ striktně dodržovat. Banka ponechá své pobočky zavřené a zastaví transakce internetového bankovnictví, přičemž dočasně umožní karetní transakce s denním limitem 1000 Kč na kartu.

Česká národní banka oznámila, že zahájila se Sberbank CZ kroky k odnětí povolení působit jako banka na českém trhu. Sberbank CZ se bude řídit opatřeními ČNB a přestane poskytovat nové úvěry, neumožní čerpat již schválené úvěry, obnovovat je nebo prodlužovat jejich splatnost. Sberbank CZ rovněž nebude přijímat žádné nové vklady a ani přijímat příchozí platby s výjimkou splátek úvěrů klienty. Oficiální prohlášení ČNB k přijatým opatřením je k dispozici na webu ČNB.

V důsledku těchto opatření bude Sberbank CZ nadále fungovat v minimálním nezbytném režimu, přičemž ponechává uzavřenou síť poboček a zastavuje transakce internetového bankovnictví pro retailové i komerční klienty. Až do odvolání však umožňuje svým klientům karetní transakce s maximálním denním limitem 1000 Kč na jednu platební kartu.

ČNB dne 28. února 2022 potvrdila, že vklady klientů Sberbank CZ podléhají zákonnému pojištění až do výše 100 000 EUR na klienta (kolem 2,5 milionu Kč). Do tohoto limitu bude poskytována náhrada ve výši 100 %, přičemž výplatu náhrad za vklady bude organizovat Garanční systém finančního trhu prostřednictvím finanční instituce, kterou určí ČNB.
