    Bydlet ve vlastním místo nájmu. Hypotéka je úvěr na bydlení zajištěný nemovitostí. Protože se její úroková sazba v čase mění, tak si ji fixujete na vámi určenou dobu. Při výběru hypotéky sledujte úrokovou sazbu i poplatky s ní spojené, včetně třeba nabízeného pojištění.
